RETURNS: WORLDWIDE ORDERS
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns for international customers at this time.
PREORDERS
Items that are available for pre-order will be stated in the description on the product's page. It will be shipped out according to the estimated shipping date on that page. That date may subject to delays that are unfortunately beyond our control.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped together once all items are available.
DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
All items are inspected carefully during packing to ensure they are in perfect condition before we ship it to you. Once the parcel has been forwarded to our shipping carrier, TAVA is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during transit.
We are unable to refund lost parcels. If you think that your parcel may be lost, please contact us at support@theshoptava.com and we will do our best to help you locate it. As the customer or receiver, you will be responsible for filing any claims with the shipping carrier.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Your order may be subject to import duties, customs and/or taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. They are imposed by the relevant authorities in the destination country and TAVA is not responsible for these charges, in the event they are applied. We have no control over the amount charged and these extra charges are not included in the checkout total on our website.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are correct. TAVA will not be held liable for unsuccessful shipments due to incorrectly inputted addresses.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Unless the item is listed as a PREORDER. We work hard to make sure they get out in a timely manner.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. These emails may sometimes land in your spam folder, so please don't forget to check that!
