1. When will my order ship?
All items are 1-5 Days USPS Priority Shipping.
Handmade items need 3-5 days to make. Once they are finished, they will be fulfilled will get to you within 1-3 Days, USPS Priority Shipping.
2. What happens if my items comes damaged?
We will send a new piece to you, free of cost, or refund you! Email us right away if you have problems.
We will not refund if the item is damaged in your possession and did not come damaged.
3. What if the item comes, and I want to return it?
We get it! Sometimes the item you bought just isn't what you hoped it would be.
Item is eligible for a return after 30 days of purchase. After that time, the order is no longer eligible.

4. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order up until it is shipped. If you have problems canceling it on the site, then email us ASAP. We will honor it if you send the email before it is shipped.
5. What is the handmade items return policy?
If your earring breaks due to a flaw in the design, we will send a replacement if it’s within 30 days of your purchase date. Please contact us if you have any questions.

6. How durable is the clay earrings?
The earrings are bendy. They shouldn't crack if they are bent. However, we DO NOT advise you bend them. Polymer clay is made of a plastic base. When it's baked, that seals them together and makes them quite strong.
Please note that while quite durable for everyday wear, jewelry made of polymer clay is not as imperishable as metal jewelry and must be handled more carefully.
Don't swim with them! Be careful when applying hairspray or perfume to not put it on your earrings.
7. How to clean clay earrings?
Simply wipe with a damp cloth and buff lightly with a cotton ball. Makeup can be removed by gently wiping with a makeup remover wipe or nail polish remover and q-tip. We love to use 100% alcohol to keep it clean as well.
8. Do your earrings irritate ears?
All of my posts and hooks are made of stainless steel or titanium. All my earrings are very hypoallergenic, sensitive-free, and will not turn your skin green.
*Hypoallergenic does not mean it is allergy-free. However, it does mean there is a very low risk of causing an allergic reaction. We can't guarantee everyone will not have a reaction but we recommend it as a great option for those with sensitive skin.
9. Are your earrings heavy?
Even though my earrings look big, they are very light! Polymer clay is extremely light when baked. When I had a brass finding onto my earring, it will slightly increase the weight, but nothing that will hurt your ears.
