FAQ
1. When will my order ship?
All items are 1-5 Days USPS Priority Shipping or DHL Priority. You will receive an email when we create your label, and ship it.
2. What happens if my items comes damaged?
We will send a new piece to you, free of cost, or refund you! Email us right away if you have problems.
We will not refund if the item is damaged in your possession and did not come damaged.
3. What if the item comes, and I want to return it?
We get it! Sometimes the item you bought just isn't what you hoped it would be.
Item is eligible for a return after 30 days of purchase. After that time, the order is no longer eligible.
- They must be in original condition and packaging

4. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order up until it is shipped. Email us ASAP! We will honor it if you send the email before it is shipped.
